How do I purchase more Licenses?
Step 1. On the home screen, go to the hamburger in the top left corner in the app. Step 2. Select "My Subscriptions" in the dropdown. Step 3. Below your "Active Plan" you will see "Add more users" button. Step 4. Select how many users you would like to add from the dropdown. Step 5. Once you have made your selections, tap "Upgrade Plan." Step 6. Congrats! You have purchased more licenses.
How do I add users to my company?
Step 1. On the home screen, go to the hamburger in the top left corner in the app. Step 2. Select "My companies > your "company" from the dropdown. Step 3. Slide the tab over to "User listing" and select. Step 4. Select "Invite user" button Step 5. Fill out the details with their email and invite the user. Step 6. Congrats! You have invited a user.
In the "User Listing" users who have accepted the invite and created an account will show up under the onboarding tab. Users who have not created accounts but have been invited to your company will show up under "Pending."
How long do I have access to app?
You will have access to the app as long as your subscription remains active. Currently the app bills monthly on the date of purchase.

I want to cancel my subscription
Step 1. On the home screen, go to the hamburger in the top left corner in the app. Step 2. Select "My Subscriptions" in the dropdown. Step 3. In the right corner of your "Active Plan" you will see 3 dots. Step 4. Tap the 3 dots and a "Cancel Subscription" button will appear. Step 5. Before you go, let us know what we can improve on!
