We will typically follow up with you within 24 hours. Depending on how many licenses you purchase, we will grant you the purchased amount of licenses.

It's easy! Just download the Kajabi app from the App store for IOS, or from Google Play for Android. Once you have it downloaded, simply log in with your Worker Efficiency username and password. Boom, all your courses are now with you on the go. See...we told you it was easy! We have links below that will direct you to the correct app download.

Our courses and plans can be purchased on a month-to-month basis or on an annual basis.

Awesome! Whether you have 5 employees or 300 employees, we will help you get all sorted out. 

Just shoot us an email from our "Company Offers" page or on the "Contact" page. Give us your name, email, company, phone number, and how many people you would like to train. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the costs for a month-to-month plan or for an annual plan.

Each subscription allows you to log in to the Kajabi app (Our third-party app) and or a browser. 

Accounts that have multiple logins will be flagged for having too many logged-in devices.

Accounts that continually have multiple devices logged in could be frozen and or terminated.

Refunds are only granted to individuals who have purchased a course but have not started the course.

If you have started or finished the course, a refund will not be issued.

We are sorry to see you go! Let us know if there is something we can do for you. If you are a company with multiple seats, please send us an email, or contact us. 

To cancel your subscription:

• Login to your account
• Go to "Account" under the orange bar.
• At the top right click " Billing Info"
• Find "Active Subscriptions"
• To the right of your subscription, hit the three dots.
• Click "Cancel this subscription"
